So I'm sitting in a hotel room in San Diego (I came here to get away from all that sun in the UK) with my caveman DNA telling me to get up because its 11:30 on a Monday morning (actually its 3:30 am local time) and the sabre-tooth tigers will get me if I stay in bed any longer – trying to send email via the hotel's wireless network. But I can't because there are a dozen other corporate wifi networks belonging to guests running across the infrastructure and confusing my SMTP server.
