LexisNexis Australia today announced it has acquired the business of Locus Pty Ltd, a supplier of automated legal practice management solutions. Customers in Australia and the region will benefit from the integration of Locus and LexisNexis content, services and software tools to address specific practice management needs.

Locus, founded in 1966, has a proven track record in delivering integrated software solutions to lawyers that encompasses accounting, workflow, document production and matter management, marketing and management reporting combined with a philosophy of providing outstanding customer support and a trusted upgrade path on all of its services.
